Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Employees of Pastry Delights, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Scan the QR code or visit the official competition webpage.

  2. Complete the online entry form with the following details:

    • Name

    • Surname

    • Contact Details

    • Upload a valid receipt of purchase

Optional Bonus Entries:
Participants may earn additional entries by:

  • Sharing the competition post on social media

  • Following us on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok

  • Tagging 3 or more friends on any of our competition posts.

Important:

  • Only 1 entry per receipt is allowed.

  • Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted.

3. Competition Duration

  • The competition runs from 1 December 2025 to 15 March 2026.

  • A minimum purchase of R250 or more is required to qualify.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prizes

Prizes include (but are not limited to):

  • Chest Freezers

  • Air Fryers

  • Microwaves

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected through a random draw.

  • Winners will be notified via phone, email, and/or social media within 10 working days after the closing date.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days, Pastry Delights reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.

6. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Pastry Delights may use their name, entry, and photographs for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition, in accordance with Pastry Delights’ privacy policy.

8. Disqualification

Pastry Delights reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

9. Liability

  • Pastry Delights is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues experienced during entry.

  • The organizer’s decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the competition.

10. General

  • Pastry Delights reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or its terms at any time without prior notice.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
