Chicken and Mushroom Pies
Ingredients
- 1 kg Cubed chicken fillet
- 1 Thinly sliced onion
- 1 tsp Lemon pepper
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Green masala
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 1 Green pepper cubed
- ½ tsp BBQ spice
- ⅓ cup Fresh cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup finely chopped dhania
Instructions
- Cook the chicken in 45g of butter until tender
- heat a knob garlic butter and add one punned of chopped mushrooms
- then add cubed of green pepper
- then add thinly sliced onion, green masala and crushed garlic
- season with salt, lemon pepper, black pepper and BBQ spice
- cook veggies till liquid burns out
- add in ⅓ cup fresh cream
- add 2tbsp mayo
- simmer until slightly thick 3-5 minutes
- then add chicken
- mixed well and then allow to cool
- finally add the finely chopped dhania
- fill pies
