Cook the chicken in 45g of butter until tender
heat a knob garlic butter and add one punned of chopped mushrooms
then add cubed of green pepper
then add thinly sliced onion, green masala and crushed garlic
season with salt, lemon pepper, black pepper and BBQ spice
cook veggies till liquid burns out
add in ⅓ cup fresh cream
add 2tbsp mayo
simmer until slightly thick 3-5 minutes
then add chicken
mixed well and then allow to cool
