Steak Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 kg steak cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp red chilli paste
  • 2 tsp green chilli crushed
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp dhana jeeru
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp aromat
  • 1 tsp steak and chops spice
  • 1 tsp barbeque spice
  • juice of ½ lemon

Sauce ingredients

  • 1 tbsp HP sauce
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp crystals steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp steers peri peri sauce
  • 1 tbsp steers tikka sauce
  • 1 small tin tomato paste
  • ½ green pepper cut into small cubes

Instructions

  1. Cook the above together on low for 40 min, thereafter add the sauces to the cooked meat and allow to come to a boil .
