Savoury Dip

Ingredients

  • 2  All Joy tamato sauce
  • 375 ml Steers peri peri sauce
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 cup Methi masala
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Apricot jam
  •  cup Oil
  • 2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 10 Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Braise mustard seeds and curry leaves in ⅓ cup oil
  2. in separate pot boil All other ingredients together
  3. cook on a medium to low heat
  4. add salt or garlic salt to taste
