Chicken and Mushroom Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Cubed chicken fillet
  • 1 Thinly sliced onion
  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Green masala
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 Green pepper cubed
  • ½ tsp BBQ spice
  •  cup Fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  •  cup finely chopped dhania

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken in 45g of butter until tender
  2. heat a knob garlic butter and add one punned of chopped mushrooms
  3. then add cubed of green pepper
  4. then add thinly sliced onion, green masala and crushed garlic
  5. season with salt, lemon pepper, black pepper and BBQ spice
  6. cook veggies till liquid burns out
  7. add in ⅓ cup fresh cream
  8. add 2tbsp mayo
  9. simmer until slightly thick 3-5 minutes
  10. then add chicken
  11. mixed well and then allow to cool
  12. finally add the finely chopped dhania
  13. fill pies
